Two combined, early 40's, Big Band B&W Musical Classics from the Movies.

"Chattanooga Choo Choo" performed by Glenn Miller and his Orchestra, with vocals by Tex Beneke and The Modernaires, along with Paula Kelly. It was famously featured in the movie 'Sun Valley Serenade' (May 7, 1941). Movie Cast (not all shown in clip): Glenn Miller, Sonja Henie, John Payne, Milton Berle, Tex Beneke, Lynn Bari, Dorothy Dandridge, Vivian Dawn, Joan Davis and the The legendary Nicholas Bros.

The second cip, "Jumping Jive" (also known as "Hep-Hep") was written and sung by Cab Calloway. It was recorded on 17 July 1939 and used in the movie Stormy Weather released July 21, 1943 in an all black cast featuring (not all shown in clip): Lena Horne, Bill "Bojangles" Robinson, and Cab Calloway. The supporting cast features the Nicholas Brothers in arguably the screen's most bravura dance sequence. Also Fats Waller, Katherine Dunham and her dancers, and Dooley Wilson of Casablanca fame.
